We require 24 hour advance notice to cancel/reschedule an appointment and avoid any fees.
Any client that cancels their appointment within 24 hours of their appointment time will incur a non-refundable $25 fee. Extenuating circumstances will be considered, and we will address each situation as it arises.
If you are coming in on a Living Social, Amazon Local, or Groupon certificate and cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged the $25 fee, but will be able to use your voucher during another appointment date/time.
Any client that no-shows to an appointment, or any client we have to call after their appointment time has started and they want to reschedule, will be charged the full price of the massage service. This same rule applies to voucher, gift certificate, and bundle clients as well.
All clients will be required to book an appointment using a valid credit card, and appointments can be made via our website or over the phone. We will not, under any circumstances, make an appointment without a valid credit or debit card on file to reserve the appointment slot.
If a client no-shows or late cancels for an appointment 2 times within a 30-day calendar period, they will be required to pay for any future appointments in advance. A third late cancellation or no-show will remove the client from eligibility for any future appointments for 12 months.
We understand that things come up, and will do our best to work with each client individually, but we are forced to enact a stricter policy to ensure that we do not continue to lose valuable time, money, or clientele.
